This Accelerator is built for “Day One.” Whether your idea is currently scribbled on the back of a moving box or just a quiet “what if” in your head, we give you the step-by-step roadmap to turn it into a professional reality. We don’t expect you to have a business plan yet—that’s what we’re going to build together.
There is no catch. Thanks to the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust (AFCFT), we have secured funding to provide these seats at no cost to you. We believe that military partners shouldn’t face a financial barrier to reclaiming their careers. All we ask in return is your commitment to the 8 weeks and your active participation in our community.

We know that between school runs on the patch, sudden deployments, and the “magnolia” of military life, your time isn’t always your own. Our 24/7 Digital Hub and bite-sized modules are designed to fit into the nooks and crannies of your actual life.
- Lived Experience over Corporate Theory: You won’t be taught by a generic business consultant. You’ll be mentored by Jess Sands—a Milspo who has built two successful businesses through multiple house moves and operations. We don’t just talk about “portability”; we live it every day.
- The ‘After’ is Just as Important as the ‘Start’: Many programs wish you luck once the training ends. We don’t. Your fully-funded seat includes 6 months of live accountability. We stay with you until your business isn’t just an “expensive hobby,” but a sustainable reality.

We hear you. We’ve designed this to be bite-sized so it fits into the gaps of a busy military life. You should set aside about 2–3 hours per week. Because our core training is on-demand, you aren’t tethered to a rigid classroom schedule that doesn’t account for school runs, deployments, or work shifts. You can learn at 10 am or 10 pm. We’ve removed the “gatekeeping” of traditional courses so that every Milspo—regardless of their commitments—can actually finish what they start.
