Join the Waiting List
Two days in a gorgeous Georgian townhouse, completely taken care of.
Just you, an epic group of small business owners who truly get it, and the uninterrupted time you need to finally focus on your business strategy.
Modern military life isn’t exactly set up to help you scale a business. Between the unpredictable postings, sudden deployments, and all of the juggling, just finding a quiet hour to think can feel like a massive win.
So, this November, we are trading the daily juggle for a beautifully hosted, professional residency.
No cooking, no chores, and absolutely no military jargon.

HOW THE TWO DAYS WORK
The ‘Work On, Not in’ Programme
We’ve designed this retreat to completely protect your energy and stop you from drifting back into the day-to-day business panic. There are no endless, dry presentations here. Instead, we’ve created a beautiful balance of deep focus, active recovery, and genuine connection
The Simple Formula:
Focus (Morning Sprints) Reflect (Afternoon Decompression)
Connect (The Private Dinner)
Morning “Deep Work” Sprints
We protect your morning energy fiercely. After a brilliant, healthy breakfast to fuel your brain, we dive straight into a structured business sprint. No distractions, no notifications – just pure, uninterrupted progress.
The Pamper Pivot
Intense strategy work needs space to settle. In the afternoon, we swap planning for fresh air with a walk, followed by a private, sound bath with Wood Wellbeing. This isn’t just a lovely luxury add-on, it is a genuine business tool. It quietens your busy mind, giving your brain the perfect environment to process the morning’s big decisions and turn them into your next breakthrough ideas.
The Strategy Wall
It’s time to get your plans out of your notebook and into the room. Inside your custom welcome bag, you’ll find goal cards ready for our communal Strategy Wall. Pinning your targets up isn’t just incredibly satisfying—it creates a powerful, visual sense of shared accountability and reminds you that you are part of an epic, professional community of entrepreneurs.
WHY IT’S DIFFERENT
Pre & Post Retreat Support

The Strategic Launchpad (Pre-Retreat)
We don’t want you wasting your precious first morning in Amesbury unpacking mental clutter.
A week before we meet, you’ll receive a digital workbook and we’ll hop on a quick group prep call. It’s your chance to scribble down the life admin, clear the decks, and arrive at Fairlawn House feeling focused, aligned, and ready to dive straight into the good stuff from hour one.
The Post-Retreat Bridge
We know how brutal the “re-entry” can be. You leave a peaceful, inspiring townhouse and walk straight back into a house of chaotic family schedules, or a serving partner about to deploy. To make sure your momentum doesn’t vanish the second you hit the doorstep, you’ll get an immediate post-retreat audio drop from me, followed by a 30-day implementation check-in with your cohort to ensure those big plans actually get built.
The Practical Stuff
We are taking over Fairlawn House in Amesbury. It is a gorgeous, historic Georgian townhouse that feels miles away from the everyday routine. It’s the perfect, inspiring space to step out of the daily juggle, think clearly, and focus entirely on your business.
We kick off at 10:00 AM on Thursday, 12th November 2026, and we’ll wrap up and head home by 4:00 PM on Friday, 13th November 2026.
We wanted this to be a completely hosted experience where you don’t have to lift a finger. Your investment includes:
- A 1-night stay in a private room or shared twin ensuite at Fairlawn House.
- All of your meals, including fresh, seasonal lunches, a light breakfast, and a very special multi-course fine dining experience prepared by a private chef.
- Four structured business strategy workshops.
- A private, sound bath session with Wood Wellbeing.
- Your welcome bag, complete with your retreat workbook and custom Strategy Wall cards.
- Our pre and post-retreat accountability programme.
If you want to stretch out the escape and give yourself even more space to process, you can choose to arrive the afternoon before. For an additional £195, you get two extra nights of accommodation (including breakfast), giving you quiet time for informal networking and a head start on your strategic thinking before the main retreat begins.
We hear you, and we promise this is the antidote to your overwhelm, not an addition to it. One week before we meet, you’ll receive a simple digital workbook and join a quick group prep call.
It’s designed to help you dump the day-to-day life admin onto paper before you pack your bags, ensuring you arrive with a clear head, ready to focus on your strategy from hour one.
Absolutely not. We’ve designed a specific “Work On, Not In” rhythm that protects your energy:
- Morning Sprints: We use the first three hours of each day (when your brain is freshest) for quiet, focused, and structured business planning.
- Afternoon Decompression: After lunch, we step away from our screens for a mindful walk and a private sound bath to let our brains process the big decisions.
- Evening Connection: We close the first day with honest, unstructured conversations over an amazing dinner prepared by our private chef.
Yes, entirely! View it as essential business maintenance. Intense strategic thinking requires active cognitive recovery. The sound bath is designed to quieten the noise in your mind, allowing your brain to digest the heavy morning strategy work so you can write a clear, focused roadmap in the afternoon.
We live this life too, so we completely understand that short-notice postings, sudden deployments, or cancelled leave can happen. Because this is a heavily subsidised pilot with very limited spaces, we cannot offer direct refunds on deposits once we’ve paid the venue. However, if military life throws you a curveball, we will actively work with you to try and transfer your ticket to someone on our waiting list.
If you choose shared occupancy, you’ll be paired up in a luxury ensuite twin room with another brilliant Milspo business owner. We thoughtfully pair our attendees to make sure you have an instant business buddy, sounding board, and cheerleader from the moment you unpack. You can also let us know if you have a business pal you’d like to partner up with.
We know how hard the “re-entry” into family life and military routines can be. To make sure your plans actually get built, you’ll receive a personal momentum audio drop from me the Monday after we return, followed by a 30-day implementation check-in with your cohort to keep you on track.
